Description

Tung Bao brand, created in 1982 and based in Hong Kong, has all along been sourcing good quality Chinese herbs from all over the world. The herbs are vacuum packed in Hong Kong to maintain the best condition and nutrition. 


Functions : 

Nourish heart and tonify brain, calm heart fortranquillization. 


Ingredients: 

Poria, Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Euryales Semen, Preserved Date, Nelumbinis Semen, Stir-baked Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (For 3-4 persons).


Directions: 

Rinse the herbs well. Place all herbs and 4 taels (150g) of lean pork in an earthenware pot/stainless steel pot together with 8 bowls of water. Bring the pot to boil andlet it simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours on low heat. Can boil with corns and carrots(skins removed) together for better flavor. (for 3-4 persons)
