Cooking Directions:

Boil with Chicken, Red dates 5-6pcs,Chinese Yam 5-6pcs, Dried Longnan 10 pcs, add with 8 bowls of water with 1.5-2hours. Good for invigorate qi and restore blood, promote qi and dispeldampness.
