Directions: 

Rinse the herbs well. Place all herbs and 4 taels (150g) of lean pork in an earthenware pot/stainless steel pot together with 8 bowls of water. Bring the pot to boil andlet it simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours on low heat. Can boil with longans(6-8pcs) andred dates(3-4pcs) for better flavor or boil with dried yam for enhance theeliminate of dampness. (for 3-4 persons)
