The total amount of goods delivered by Tung Bao Tong is less than the specified requirements and the basic shipping fee is charged. Can I increase the quantity of the ordered products or cancel the order? 

Since the order is confirmed, we will reserve products for customers, so we are sorry that we cannot cancel the order or change the content of the order. We recommend that you can put your favorite products in the shopping cart or favorite list first, and then make the payment after confirming the list.

How much should I purchase the goods for free shipping?

The standard local (Hong Kong area) shipping fee is HKD50 per order. For every order amount of HKD300 or above, you can get free delivery fee.

How do I know if the payment is successful?

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email address, including spam and junk folders, to ensure that the email is not filtered. If you have not received the email or failed to view the message confirming the order transaction in the message center, it means that the payment has not been successfully completed.
