Return Policy
1 INTRODUCTION
1. This Return Policy (“Policy”) is applicableto Customers who have purchased Products from Tung Bao Tong through the Serviceand/or the Website.
2. This Policy provides Customers who havepurchased Products through the Website with options to return Products.
3. If you have any further queries, please donot hesitate to contact Tung Bao Tong’s customer service team,or email to cs@tungbaotong.com.
2 RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCESS
1. The Customers may request to return anyProducts you have purchased within seven (7) Working Days of receiving theProduct at the delivery address for any of the following reasons:
oThe Product delivered is not what theCustomer ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the Website onthe date of purchase; or
oThe Product delivered is expired or damaged.
SomeProducts provided on the Website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Please kindly contact Tung Bao Tong’s customer service team oremail to cs@tungbaotong.com to check if a specific item or Product which can be returned.
2. To proceed with the return request, theCustomer must notify Tung Bao Tong through the formwithin seven (7) Business Days of receiving the Product at the deliveryaddress. Upon receipt of such return request, Tung Bao Tong will review yourrequisition and at its sole and absolute discretions, decide to:
oFull refund for the purchased Product;
oCredit the Customer’s credit card account asspecified in the Order form with the value of the purchased Product; or
oInform the Customer that the said Product isnot eligible for return.
3. Tung Bao Tong will confirm the Customer’srequest for a return through e-mail and upon receiving such confirmatione-mail, the Customer may return the Product by sending it to the followingaddress:

4. The returned Product mustbe returned in its original packaging, with all the accessories and inserts. Ifthe Customer’s order contained a Gift with Purchase, the Gift must also bereturned. If the Gift is not returned with the original Product, the refundwill not be processed.
5. The Customer agrees to arrange for and shallbe responsible for paying all the costs of returning any Products to Tung BaoTong, by post or otherwise. Tung Bao Tong reserves the right to deduct thecosts of providing any collection service from the refunded amount.
6. Tung Bao Tong must receive and approve theCustomer’s return request before any such return can be processed. In the caseof dispute, Tung Bao Tong reserves the right to the final decision.
3 NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND
1. Tung Bao Tong reserves the right not toaccept any requests for a return, and retains the discretion not to provide areason for its decision.
2. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Tung BaoTong reserves the right to decline the return request, for any of thefollowing reasons:
oThe Product(s) is not returned insatisfactory condition in its original packaging; or
oThe Product(s) has been opened, used orotherwise tampered with to the extent that it is no longer in a saleablecondition.
For the avoidance of doubt, Products marked or otherwise indicatedas “Final Sale” or other similar expressions are not eligible for return orexchange.
