Poria, Ziziphus Jujuba Mill, EuryalesSemen, Ziziphi Spinosae, Semen Preparata, Jujubae Fructus, Glycyrrhizae RadixEt, Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle.

Directions: 

Rinse the herbs well. Place all herbs in an earthenware pot togetherwith 5 bowls of water. Bring the pot to boil for 35 minutes on medium heat.(for 2 persons)
